USMC Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2)

DJC2 is a DoD major Information Technology (IT) program. WILLCOR's role, with BMP, is to provide risk management support as the "Risk Advocate." Develop a risk management plan and implement the use of PMWS and TRIMS including tailoring and baselining the Project Categories and Templates of the DJC2 TRIMS Model; training and independent review of data updates, reports and mitigation recommendations.
