SSN Photonics Mast

In a continuing effort to increase the reliability of AN/BVS-1 Subsystem (Photonics Mast), PMS-435 contracted for subject matter expertise (SME) support from BMPCOE/WILLCOR in the areas of producibility, manufacturing, configuration control, and quality assurance in direct support to Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). WILLCOR provided technical, and independent assessment support in the following areas: design reviews, manufacturability, and producibility readiness and quality plans, procedures, and improved contractor production and field support quality programs. Support for other Navy-directed tasking included Critical Design Reviews (CDRs) and Value Stream Analysis (VSA).
